Ham, Egg, Cheese Bisuits

I struggle at breakfast. I found this recipe and adapted a little and they turned out great! Easy to freeze and heat too...but we are them all back to back mornings.

I didn’t have hash browns so I added 3/4 cup baking mix (Bisquick or off brand). I also only used 6 eggs and no dill. Was just right amount for one muffin tin. If I doubled I would keep with double amount of milk and sour cream and cheese for lighter texture.
