French Toast & Strawberries

Okay...so this is really easy but one of my favorite breakfast meals.



In a shallow rectangular dish, mix 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk, one teaspoon sugar, dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg. Wisk together with a fork. Dip bread into mixture, using fork to puncture a few times so they soak up the mixture and flip to coat both sides. Using a skillet or griddle, cook on both sides until brown.  While this is cooking, slice strawberries. This batch made 5 slices. I often double that and use a pizza cutter to slice into four Long pieces per slice or even into little squares. Then I lay flat into a ziplock bag and freeze to serve later.
